January 1: Formal enrollment season begins.  Applications may be submitted earlier, if desired.  Applications are available for download below.

January-March: Enrollment Assessment Testing for new applicants (new siblings of returning students).  The school will notify applicants when they are to be tested.

March 1: If returning families sign and submit the re-enrollment form by March 1, the $100 re-enrollment (application) fee is waived.  If the re-enrollment (application) form is submitted after March 1, families must pay the re-enrollment (application) fee of $100.

March 1: If you are applying for financial assistance to help with tuition expenses, you must complete a financial aid application (online at  www.factstuitionaid.com) and submit all required documentation to FACTS by March 1 in order to receive priority consideration for assistance.

Applications for Admission WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE ABOVE DATES and will be considered as the school has openings.

Applications for Financial Assistance WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE ABOVE DATES and will be considered as the school has available funds.

March 10: Enrollment contracts and acceptance letters will be sent out by March 10.  Notifications of financial assistance will be included in the contracts.

March 25: Enrollment contracts and deposits must be returned to the school.  Returning families who do not submit their contract by this date will not be given priority in filling available spaces or priority in financial aid awards.  Veritas will guarantee classroom placement and financial aid awards only if the contract and deposit are received by March 25.

One-twelfth (1/12) of the total tuition due must be paid as a deposit with signed contract.  Families who are currently making monthly payments may sign their contract and request a deferral on the one-twelfth deposit until May 1.

AFTER March 25 applications for admission and financial aid for returning and new families will be processed and considered as they are submitted and as the school has openings and as financial aid funds are available.
